Auprès du Clocher, restaurant à Pommard

A restaurant in the heart of Pommard that offers a local and authentic cuisine, led by a passionate team who militates for the best food and the best wines. At Auprès du Clocher, we refuse any product coming from the industrial market, or even from the other side of France.

Rémi
David
Anna

Our philosophy

Rémi is running the show in the kitchen, David is always armed with his corkscrew, and Anna beautifully manages the guests’ experience. They are very grounded and have contagious smiles. They are uncompromising when it comes to what they pour in your glass, and what they serve in your plate. They invest a lot of time picking the right producers, and only swear by local food channels.

Without compromise.

When they are not in their restaurant Auprès du Clocher, they explore the countryside to fill their arms and souls with values, knowledge and taste. Everything that they bring back is pure and simple: only “real” products, bits and pieces of terroirs, and delicious anecdotes to share.

Simplicity, similarity and generosity define them. Be assured that this trio will always serve you their best creations and pour you their best wines!

Our Carte Our wines

Our producers

They are small producers, they live close by, and they love their products. We work exclusively with “real” people that get their hands dirty. They plant, they cultivate, they raise, they fish, they catch, they hunt, they trim, they harvest, they pick: they do it all! In your plates, you will not only find a wonderful recipe, but you will also get a true story, as well as the knowledge and talent of all these men and women who are in love with their terroir.
